We are so excited to welcome everyone home tomorrow for the 24-25 year! 🏠🔑

We are so thrilled to have your here at VP! We can’t wait to get to know our new residents and be there for YOU! ❤️

Here’s some tips to help your move in go smoothly:

1. Bring your car information with you so we can take it and register your car! 🚗

2. Bring a copy of your renters insurance policy! *be sure it has your name and apartment number on it!* 📝

3. Check your move in time! ⌚️

4. Make sure you have a check or money order with the correct amount listed on your welcome home letter! 💵

5. Reread your resident handbook that was sent with your welcome home letter! 📖 *the handbook is your one stop shop for any questions you may have* Don’t forget to print out the last page signed and ready to turn in! If you don’t have a printer (you will soon!) we will have copies you can sign when you check in! ✍️

Our pool is now back open! As a friendly reminder: Please do not bring glass into the pool area! 🚫

We have partnered up with LaCasa located right by the pool area! You will be able to go to LaCasa to get a VP plastic solo cup to pour your glass bottled drinks in! Swipe to see how you can also get a drink and a slice of pizza for just $5 when using your VP cup!! 🥤
