Company looking for a well experienced full time (5 to 7 year performing the tasks), well-organized leader/manager to help run daily operations. Responsibilities will include the oversight and training (when needed) of employees and sub-contractors. Individual will oversee sites (for safety concerns), coordinate schedules and ensure delivery scheduled supplies to job sites. Ideal candidate would be interacting directly with customers and work closely to meet inter-departmental to meet timeline objectives. As with any management position, coaching and communication are a daily part of the job. We pay local competitive wages and provide benefits.
Duties and Responsibilities...
*Coordinate efforts to ensure daily/weekly objectives are fulfilled, matching skills with needs.
*Prioritize and direct manpower to meet emergency and scheduled appointments are covered.
* Ensure and inspect maintenance orders for thorough completion in a timely manner.
*Work with team members to ensure departmental success.
*Focus on continued personal and team improvement.
Skills Required:
*Above average computer literacy
*Organizational skills and effective time management. (must be able to compile and keep a schedule.)
*Plumbing (must be able to repair and or replace as needed.)
*Electrical (must be able to repair and or replace as needed.)
*Construction (must be able repair or replace windows as needed.)
* Construction (must be able repair or replace doors as needed.)
*Minor repair or replacement of major appliances
*All other related maintenance tasks.
*Ensure quality standards are met.
* Position requires a valid drivers licence.
