There are so many myths out there about being able to qualify for a mortgage loan and it is preventing folks from owning their dream home. 😔

Probably the biggest - "I need a 620+ credit score to even qualify". False 👎

"I've been a stay at home mom for years, there's no way I can get approved". False 👎

"I filed bankruptcy less than 7 yrs ago, no one is going to give me a loan". False 👎

"I need a large down payment to buy a home". False 👎

"You cannot get a mortgage loan on a manufactured home". False 👎
