Nashville's housing market is one of the hottest markets in the US. It is among the nation's top cities for fastest-selling houses. In the Middle
TN area, home values have gone up 18.6% over the past year and the latest forecast is that they will rise 16.3% in the next twelve months.

With a rise in home values, it's fair to say that most homeowners in the Middle TN area have enjoyed increased equity in their homes.

In 2021, our homes continued to fulfill their hybrid role of both living and working spaces, as well as much-needed sanctuaries away from the challenging world we've been inhabiting. Spending more time at home has made us all rethink our living spaces.

Based on interior designer opinions, in 2022, how we decorate our homes will center around:
- Sustainability and natural materials
- Blue is the new black
- A return to retro
- Antiques and thrifting
- Nature-inspired design

Big congratulations to my sellers for accepting the offer of their home!

It’s an honor to be chosen and to be trusted on selling their home. They started listing their house on their own and decided to hire me, after weeks of not getting what they want.
