There’s a difference between approval and comfort.

I want to know the payment you can live with—not just the maximum number we can put on a pre-approval letter.

We sold our house earlier this year with a 1-year-old and a 2-year-old.

So when a seller tells me, “There is NO WAY I can keep this house clean for showings,” I understand. 😂

You don’t need perfection. You need a system.

And lots of baskets.

I love a beautiful house, but I will choose a home that feels warm and lived-in over one that looks perfect any day.

One of my favorite things about a home is that eventually the square footage becomes the least interesting part.

It becomes Sunday mornings, birthday parties, bedtime routines, people gathered around the kitchen island and kids running through the hallway.
