Sankofa Achievement Center, Inc. is one of 21 Middle Tennessee nonprofits taking part in Give Like Dolly – Middle Tennessee, a three-day giving campaign presented by the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee and Music Community Foundation in celebration of Dolly Parton's lifelong generosity.

We are part of the Help a Child Succeed giving area. From September 25 through 27, a gift there supports

Second watch of Christmas on the Square since hearing the news. What strikes me is Ms. Dolly’s deliberate effort to represent all races, nationalities, ethnicities, sexualities and even sizes in this sweet sweet movie. What a brilliant, beautiful woman the world lost yesterday morning. I know she’s with Jesus, but she’s going to be missed here for sure.
