It’s been a while since I’ve introduced myself, so here’s a little about me!

I’ve been a licensed real estate agent since 2021 and graduated with a Finance degree with a concentration in Real Estate from MTSU in 2022 (top student in my program 🥳).

I’m passionate about educating buyers and sellers so they can make informed decisions and feel confident in their real estate transactions. My mission is to help my clients build wealth through real estate. 💰

🚨 DON’T MAKE THIS MISTAKE 🚨

If you’re waiting for interest rates to drop before purchasing a home, consider this:

1. Rates are not likely to drop significantly anytime soon. Although rates move up & down week-to-week, rates are not likely to drop & stay lower until later this year.

2. Home prices never fell like some people thought they would, because there continues to be an inventory shortage. When rates drop, lots of buyers will flood the market, making it more competitive & driving up home prices.

3. Buying now when rates are higher will give you more homes to choose from & help you avoid a bidding war. Once you own the home, you may be able to refinance when rates do fall.
