I’ve helped clients who have bought multiple houses and they still have questions when it’s time to buy again, because it’s not their job to memorize all the things (that’s my job!)

If you’ve noticed I’ve basically disappeared from social media lately…this is why 😂

like...end of school events (looking at you, spirit week, field day, and teacher appreciation week), sports, graduations, Mother’s Day, birthday parties...what am I forgetting?

and if that’s not enough to juggle, the summer real estate market is also heating up ☀️☀️

so if you need me this month, I’ll be answering texts from the sidelines, unlocking doors between events, and squeezing in showings anywhere they fit

RED Day is always one of my favorite days of the year. ❤️

Yesterday we spent time serving with our Keller Williams family at Greenhouse Ministries and entertaining residents at the veterans hospital. Lots of organizing, laughing, visiting, helping wherever needed, and just spending time with some really good people.

It’s easy to get caught up in busy schedules and work, so days like this are a good reminder to slow down and give back to the community we’re part of every day. Grateful to be surrounded by people who care so much about others. ❤️

Do I want you to have a low interest rate when you buy a home? Absolutely.

But people tend to forget how absolutely insane the housing market was when interest rates were 3%. (I haven’t forgotten!)

Right now though, buyers are able to negotiate price, concessions, and rate buy-downs so they can afford the home they want (despite current interest rates!).
