Some closings just hit a little differently.

A few years ago, I had the privilege of helping Tyler and Kayla buy their very first home. It was the perfect little 2-bedroom, 1-bath bungalow for the season of life they were in.

Since then, life has been wonderfully busy. They got engaged, got married, traveled the world, and eventually found themselves needing a little more room to keep growing.

A few weeks ago, they officially got the keys to their next chapter.

Their new home has space to spread out, room for Tyler to get creative, a cozy spot for Kayla to curl up with a good book, and a huge yard with a tree that practically begs for a tire swing someday.

Helping people buy a home is something I’ll never take for granted. But getting a call from past clients when they’re ready for the next chapter? That’s a different kind of privilege.

Thank you, Tyler and Kayla, for trusting me again. Watching your story unfold over the years has been such a joy and I’m so grateful I could be a small part of it.
