Extend Your Outdoor Living Season!
Here's some great ideas to enjoy the crisp, cool air, or lingering warmth throughout autumn! Consider these tips to transform your outdoor living experience to make it last all season long!

1. An outdoor sofa and chairs can convert an ordinary space into a relaxing retreat. Add color and coziness with throw pillows and a weather-resistant rug.

2. Pergolas and retractable shades offer protection from the sun and light rain, allowing you to enjoy your backyard living area more comfortably.

3. As sunsets come earlier, you can continue to use your space during autumn evenings by installing string lights or ambient lighting.

4. No longer reserved for lawn mower storage, a shed or workshop can be transformed into a fun backyard hangout with a few pieces of lively decor and a touch of creativity.

5. In cooler climates, you can enjoy the refreshing fall air and stay comfortable by adding a fire pit, fireplace or patio heater.

I don't think these ideas have to be expensive - I've seen many creative ideas that people come up with that are so "fun"! I'd love for you to add a picture of YOUR "go to space" to enjoy the outdoors, no matter the season!

I recently saw an article on "The Coolest Things Made in Tennessee"! There were 16 "coolest things" listed, but I'm just going to highlight 3. One was Jack Daniels Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey which is distilled and bottled in Lynchburg, TN. Definitely worth taking a tour, touring the town, and having lunch at Miss Mary Bobo's Boarding House (reservations needed)! Then, there are gourmet flavored bacons, including coffee cocoa bacon and dill pickle bacon, made at Hitman Smoked Products in Clifton! Bacon is one of my favorite things in life! And last, but definitely not least, is that the Nissan Rogue was named the 2024 Coolest Thing Made in Tennessee! The Nissan Rogue is made in Smyrna at the Nissan Plant, and the Rogue engines are made at Nissan's plant in Decherd. I'd love to know some of the things YOU think are the Coolest Things Made in Tennessee"!
