I'm Jackie, and I've lived in Middle Tennessee since 2011. I've been a Realtor® since 2014 and I really enjoy seeing the smiles on people's faces while helping them buy and sell their homes. My driving force is giving; I find happiness in providing knowledge and an amazing customer experience. I earned an MBA (Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Management) at Middle Tennessee State University here in Murfreesboro, TN. July was fantastic for many reasons…

One of the closings was a super fast process for a client who has been dreaming of home ownership for years! It makes me so happy that we finally got her into a home in a location she’s had her eyes on for a long time.

She has been looking for a home to call her own for so long. The price point is hard to find and investors love to scoop them up quickly. We almost had her in a premarket home a few months ago and it didn’t work out. Then another opportunity came to light and she jumped in immediately! We secured the contract and worked hard to ensure she was getting a good home at a price she could manage. The cherry on top is that we were able to close early! She had the keys before she went back to work for the new school year. Les than 30 days start to finish. When you’re prepared, and have someone pushing the play down the field with you, great things can happen quickly! 💕💕💕

Industry update: We’ve learned that Realtracs will discontinue its listing feed to Zillow beginning June 1, citing Zillow’s noncompliance with Realtracs’ marketing rules.

Realtracs is a major MLS serving multiple states. Realtracs’ move follows similar high-profile disputes elsewhere in the country, including Chicago-area MLS MRED’s recent suspension of Zillow listing feeds amid disagreements over listing-display policies.

This could have ripple effects on listing exposure, home search platforms, and the real estate landscape moving forward. Stay tuned.

**Importantly, listing distribution on Homes.com, Rocket/Redfin, Realtor.com, Realtracs, and all other compliant sites remain unchanged. Buyers and sellers will continue to have access to complete market data, and listings will continue to receive the exposure authorized by the seller.
