Meet Shannon, she is originally from North Carolina, she has called Tennessee home for nearly a decade. About eight years ago, she met her husband there, and together they have watched life unfold in ways that constantly remind her of God’s perfect timing. Her journey into real estate has been no exception. Naturally drawn to building relationships, meeting new people, and embracing new experiences, she admits that fear of failure may have held her back in the past. But with God’s guidance, the encouragement of her husband, and the support of Elam Real Estate
, she has learned to step outside of her comfort zone and take life one step at a time.

One of her most memorable experiences in real estate came from helping an out-of-state family purchase property for their oldest child who was preparing to attend university in Tennessee. Throughout the process, their conversations often felt less like business transactions and more like genuine heart-to-heart talks between friends. By the time closing day arrived, she was incredibly excited to finally meet the family in person after building such a meaningful connection along the way.

Through her experiences in real estate, she has learned that success in this industry is truly built on people and relationships. Every transaction requires teamwork and trust between lenders, title companies, agents, transaction coordinators, inspectors, contractors, and many others working behind the scenes. She believes that taking the time to know people, communicate well, and show respect to everyone involved is what helps create the smoothest and most successful experience possible for clients.
