Sims Commercial Realtors & Auctioneers, LLC has been an integral part of the Murfreesboro square for decades. Larry Sims started his career in the auction and real estate business nearly 60 years ago. He has been a Business owner/operator on the Square since 1989 and in 1999 he purchased 10 N Public Square to serve as the headquarters of Sims Commercial. The Sims Team has been serving Murfreesboro from our home on the Square ever since.
Today, that service continues. Larry now works alongside his daughter, Lydia Sims, who is following in his footsteps to carry on the family tradition. Stephen Alemán joined Sims Commercial more than 11 years ago, and today, Larry, Stephen, and Lydia work as a team to continue the legacy that began so many years ago.

Over the years, we’ve enjoyed dinners at The Alley on Main, and shopping at Veda's Flowers & Gifts or Lil Brit Vintage.
We love being part of events that bring the community together, like Wine Around the Square each October, Uncle Dave Macon Days, and the Trick or Treat around Square each Halloween.
Murfreesboro has changed a lot over the years, but our commitment to this community has not as we remain guided by our faith, our values, and a belief in doing business the right way. We are proud of our history, grateful for the relationships we have built, and honored to continue serving the place we have always called home.
