I have been busy sending out "real estate" reviews. That is a quick review of various areas and the appreciation our homes have experienced during the past years. The appreciation between 2015 and 2016 has been falling between 7% and 10%. That is great news. If you would like some statistics about your area let me know. I need to know how to reach you and where your live. It is a beautiful day, I hope you enjoy it.

Here we are in "back and forth" weather. One day cold, one day warm. I grew up is South Dakota and our back and forth was cold and colder for a large portion of the year. My birthday is in March and I always got an Easter outfit. I do not recall ever wearing it on Easter. We usually celebrated summer in July-early July. Those of us fortunate to live in Tennessee know that this is TEMPORARY! We are very close to wonderful sunny days and a glorious spring. Rejoice!
