Sheila Washam, Realtor Maples Realty & Auction Co. Sheila was born and raised in Murfreesboro, TN. In 2005, she decided to get her Real Estate License and became a Realtor.

She has lived all over Rutherford County and has seen it grow tremendously throughout her life. She graduated from Riverdale High School and furthered her education in college and culinary school. Her career in real estate started in 2001 with managing rentals, rehabbing old homes, and new construction. heila's personal life has been filled with her passions for cooking for friends and family, interior design, gardening, and always making time for her family. One of her favorite hobbies is taking care of her ten chickens.
