I am presently booking auctions for 2022

If you are presently considering selling your property, I will be glad to advise you as to whether you might consider listing your property or auctioning it off. There are definitely good reasons for both listing and auctioning off property. If I cannot answer your questions satisfactorily, I am sure someone in our office can. We have been in business for 51 years!

Why would an Auctioneer recommend an Absolute Auction to a client?
Remember, if an Absolute Auction is chosen, the property will sell at the highest bid,and the seller has no recourse.This means the Auctioneer will need to do his homework!

A list of things the Auctioneer must consider:
1. What have similar properties in the area sold for?
2. Does the seller's financial obligations dictate the need to sell?
3. Do the sales of similar properties in the area meet the seller's expectations?
4. Recent buyer interests in the prospective sale's area.
5. Is the seller fully aware of the conditions involved in an Absolute Auction?
