FYI-Fannie Mae is requiring lenders to re-pull borrower’s credit several days prior to closing. This is to prevent the buyer’s from obtaining any additional debts prior to the closing of their home. Now more than ever, be very careful if you are in the home buying process with your credit.

Nathan Knows Real Estate Homeowner tip to help maintain the quality of your home and increase value. Tip #1- when washing the exterior of your home use ordinary garden hose pressure and a mild detergent. Beware of pressure washers -- they are powerful enough to force water under the siding where it can encourage mildew and rot. You want to keep the exterior clean without causing future problems.
