rty market. I talk with clients to find out what kind of property they want and what they are willing to sell or pay, and any specific amenities they are seeking. I work with a real estate broker to find properties that suit my client's needs. I use websites and flyers to describe properties and I take professional pictures of the property. I will often work nights and weekends, showing properties to customers and setting up open houses of properties on the market. When the sale is pending, I work with the other party's agent to offer and counteroffer bids on the property. I know the market here in Middle Tennessee, the hot neighborhoods, the ones in flux, and the ones that are expensive or on the rise. I will be able to answer client questions and concerns about important factors like school districts, zoning, expansion and others.
