Since 1903, this land has been family.

What started as 306 acres of family-owned farmland in Murfreesboro is now The Maples, a community built on five generations of values carried forward today by lifelong locals, Summer and Betsy Maples.

Excited to announce our door prize winners, Angie Wesson and Jenny Donohue! They attended our community's homes tour on Sunday and completed the "bingo" challenge!

Both of our community's entrance roads honor the families who owned the land.

The street name of our second entrance, Couch Farm Dr., is named after the Couch family who purchased the farm in 1903. In the late 1930's, Marie Couch married Broadus Whitlock Maples, the grandparents of developers Summer and Betsy.

We have a second entrance! While there won't be any homes on it for several years, Couch Farm Dr. will provide another entrance into the community and into the amenities center (which is also getting an expanded parking lot)!
