Johnny & I are proud to announce we have sold our log cabin building in downtown Murphy that housed both Western Carolina Real Estate Co Inc and Sandy Dobson, CPA PC.

The new owner, Civic Federal Credit Union, has allowed us to lease the CPA side for the remainder of this tax season. Please excuse the construction as they quickly renovate for their new facility.

On May 1, 2024, we will be moving to 800 Andrews Road, Suite D Murphy NC. We will be in the end unit of the brick building with Beverly Cook Attorney at Law and Valley River Barber Shop. Johnny & I are renovating one of our other commercial buildings in Murphy and will keep everyone updated as we progress to our final office location.

We want to say THANK YOU to our clients, family & friends for the many great memories and the growth and support of our businesses over the last 35 years and look forward to serving you in the future!
