I love that we have the flexibility to allow the kids to come to work with me. With a big family, one on one time is important. It can always feel like chaos when everyone is trying to stand out for attention. When they go to work with me they have the opportunity to learn important skills they wouldn’t get in a normal classroom. People skills and problem solving are two of the most valuable assets you can posses. Emerson can struggle with people skills and by the end of the day she was looking adults in the eye and talking with confidence. I love her so much!

It’s not about the size of the sale, but the journey we took to get here. I was called by this sweet family to sell 17 acres in McKinney. This land has been in their family for over 50 years. Deals like this are always sensitive for families. I could tell they were not really into it after a month of having it listed last year. We decided to take it off the market. A year later he called me to sell off one of his lots. Crazy thing is in that year the value double and we had it under contract in less that 2 days for well over ask! I’m am honored to have helped them and remember this business is about people and relationships. If you value you those things you can be very successful.
