Another Reno is underway in Murphysboro! This time removing much needed sagging tiles and creating a classy ceiling for our next new business moving in soon! This corner storefront has always been a staple on our Main Street, but this time these big beautiful full length windows will be displaying something it has yet to have. We can’t wait for you to see this new storefront vibe. Murphysboro keeps glowing and we are here for it!

Downtown Murphysboro progress on the “Lofts on Main” renovation! What a difference a year can make. The common hall area on the second story of 4 loft apartments is now complete and has an elevated, clean, safe, and welcoming feel as you enter each loft. New lighting, all new windows, drywall work, new exposed brick, restoration of the original hand railings, fresh paint, and a total flooring and staircase renovation. Shoutout to our local flooring warehouse Niemanns American Flooring & Benjamin Moore they did an amazing job! If it looks easy, imagine scaffolding on stairways to repair large holes on over 18ft ceilings in a narrow space. Our contractor and his crew had a challenge and they conquered! Just another reason to message us for a tour of our newly renovated lofts and this space!

The Legend loft was specifically renovated to showcase the feel of different wood options, rich colors, and industrial accents to honor Mike and his specific and steady brand. The history of Mike Mills is part of what has shaped our town and we wanted to recreate a space others could enjoy that would honor a local BBQ “Legend”.

Includes trash, parking and all appliances plus washer and dryer. Security deposit equaled to one months rent is also required and will be returned when rental contract is up if not needed. No pets, background check required.
