Do you see where I am? Another trip to Walmart, another stop in the dairy aisle, and ANOTHER phone call of a closing falling apart. BUT, thanks to a great lender, a great appraiser, good relationships, a few phone calls, a few text messages, and my “not easily freaked out self,” closing is still happening on Monday. And it was all fixed before I even got to the laundry aisle.

2) closed on a house in Benton
3) delivered a sign to a coming soon listing
4) saved a deal while shopping in the dairy section of Walmart
5) final walk through of some sweet new friends’ dream home

Sometimes I show houses on Friday afternoons and sometimes I get to snuggle a baby AND show houses at the same time. Today was a snuggle the baby day and it was THE BEST DAY.
