Father’s Day bike ride! Had a great time with Justyn this morning. Not sure it was a great idea to run a 5k, then go for a bike ride. But at least we started early, so it wasn’t too hot. Spending time with your kids or grandkids is the best!

Kellie and I are in Indianapolis this week, 2 of our properties are getting the roofs replaced due to hail damage. So today I went on a long run on the Monon trail. I’m really impressed with all the improvements in the neighborhoods from 16th to 25th. Lots of rehab and new builds. When we bought our 12 unit in this area 4 years ago It was just starting to improve, since then the growth has been tremendous.

Had a flat tire on my trailer and had an hour to wait in Limon Colorado. Who knew they had a very cool museum. They weren’t officially open, but as we walked around the exhibits some of the staff offered a personal tour. Very nice people and a great tour.
