Fresh split wood = fall has officially arrived 🍂🪵 Family weekend spent stacking wood for bonfires and getting the wood stove ready for winter.

It’s also the time I remind my clients: get your home winter-ready now — chimney, gutters, drafts — before the cold hits.

What’s on your fall prep list? 👇 And if a move is on your mind before winter, let’s talk. 🏡

This weekend has been a busy one and it started off on Friday with my 1ST closing!!!

This closing was a special one all the way around. Belvia & I graduated together and our youngest daughters are besties. So when she asked me to help her find a place of her own we started searching. Like many, it wasn't easy as properties we looked at went under contract fast, then we were in a multple offer situation. Third times a charm right? So they say, and for Belvia it was! 💖

I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. Thank you to Ashley Williams Gibson with Stockton Mortgage Corporation, Alexis Marrs with the Marrs Property Group - Keller Williams Experience Realty & Home Team Title for a smooth closing.

CONGRATULATIONS Belvia and WELCOME HOME!

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their courage, sacrifice, and dedication to protecting our freedom will never be forgotten. As we spend time with family and friends this holiday weekend, may we also take a moment to reflect on the true meaning of Memorial Day and honor the heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Thank you to all of our fallen service members and their families for the sacrifices made for our freedom. 🇺🇸
