We have a lot happening at K Real Estate over the next couple of weeks!

Multiple new listings coming on the market, open houses, buyers going under contract, and other buyers getting pre-approved now so they’re ready to make a move this fall.

We’re just not seeing the slowdown you sometimes expect this time of year. But the thing we love most is that not everyone we’re working with is buying or selling right now. Some are planning for a few months from now, some for next year, and some are just starting to figure out what their options are.
