Today was one of those closings I’ll never forget. ❤️🔑

A mother and daughter officially became owners of a historic commercial property together—a dream they’ve been working toward for a long time.

What makes it even more meaningful is that they shared with me how they had been overlooked, dismissed, or simply not taken seriously by multiple banks and real estate agents along the way. Then they were referred to me.

And today? I handed over the keys.

As we stood there celebrating, we realized all three of us had red-painted fingernails. Three women. Maybe it’s coincidence, but red symbolizes courage, confidence, determination, and prosperity—and I can’t think of a better description for this journey.

It was truly an honor to help these amazing women become commercial property owners and take the next step toward building their future together. It matters who you work with. It matters who believes in your vision.

Two homes sold today — one in Saratoga Springs and one in Taylorsville.
