The hardest part of this job is sometimes what comes after closing. ❤️ Once the papers are signed, I realize I'm going to miss the daily texts, calls, and conversations and this was definitely one of those transactions.

These sweet friends have been searching for their perfect home since January. Morgan, a Murray native, found her way back home and brought her husband, Tyler, and their precious kiddos back with her after moving from Louisville. Their journey wasn't an easy one...We were under contract 3 different times and even narrowly missed out on a fourth home in a multiple-offer situation.

But they never gave up (even when they had to move in with parents/in-laws). They stayed patient, trusted the process, and kept believing the right home would come along. And it absolutely did. 🏡✨ Their new home couldn't be more perfect for this beautiful family, and I'm so thankful I got to be a small part of their story.

A little overdue, but just too good not to celebrate... 🎉🏡

It’s not often that clients fall in love with the very first house they see, but Logan + Jaclin had been keeping an eye on this one long before it hit the market. Shortly after it became available, we scheduled a showing and it was love at first sight.

Like every real estate transaction, this one came with its share of twists and turns, but thanks to great communication and teamwork, we made it to the closing table!

After 4 months of looking high and low, Bradley & Katie finally found the perfect place to start their life together 🏡🐴💖

As first-time home buyers with a few horses, finding the right property with enough acreage for grazing definitely wasn’t easy but this one was worth every second of the search (even if it did take a second viewing to seal the deal).

This transaction took all hands on deck (literally 😅) and a few hoops to jump through, but Bradley & Katie were never afraid to roll up their sleeves and do whatever needed to be done to make it happen. A few hiccups along the way only made crossing the finish line that much sweeter.
