Here’s a couple of key takeaways:

🔑 Pre-listing- when evaluating a property, I have made it standard practice to reach out to other Realtors that are actively selling or who have sold in the community of interest to get insight of activity. The results are typically a mixed bag, of do’s and don’t’s. In this case, with numerous other listings sitting on market, we set a competitive asking price, reflective of the properties condition. And boom, UNDER CONTRACT IN 2 DAYS! Goes to show that strategic pricing makes the difference in any market!

🔑 Going Live- professional photography, a thorough property description, and targeted marketing system ensures maximum exposure! Being resourceful and communicable to showing agents goes a long way in welcoming people to do business with you!
