I had the most amazing experience, a sound bath hosted by Perfectly Pawleys! I left feeling regenerated, refueled, and completely stress-free.

We began with a cacao ritual, followed by a beautiful guided meditation that took us on an incredible journey. Then we moved into breathwork before finishing with a deeply relaxing sound bath.

It’s amazing what happens when you take a little time for yourself, slow down, and allow your mind and body to reset. I walked away feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected.

A heartfelt thank you to Perfectly Pawleys for opening up their beautiful home/showroom and sharing this wonderful experience with us. What a special gift to create such a peaceful, welcoming space for others to relax, recharge, and reconnect with themselves.

And because a beautiful evening deserves a sweet ending, i headed to LUNA Mexican Bar & Grill to enjoy some delicious flourless chocolate cake! A little indulgence after an evening of relaxation and renewal was the perfect way to wrap things up.

Sometimes we all need a little time to nourish our souls, and this was exactly that!

A fresh new rug for the porch! The old one had a burn hole, so it was time for a replacement.

Just a friendly reminder that smoking is not permitted inside the condo or on the balcony. We appreciate your help in keeping our beachfront getaway beautiful for everyone to enjoy!

A Little Hallway Makeover

I purchased this gorgeous bench from Wayfair during my last visit, but it didn’t arrive until after I had left-such is life- so I never got to enjoy it in person or see just how bare the hallway looked.

I was able to bring the space to life with a beautiful runner, an amazing mirror, and a gorgeous olive tree to complete the look. It’s amazing how a few carefully chosen pieces can transform a space and make it feel so much warmer and more inviting. I absolutely love how everything came together, and I hope you love it as much as I do!

I also picked up some more push pins for our “Where Are You From?” picture! I love seeing all the different places our guests come from and how far people travel to enjoy a little beach time at Water's Edge Resort, unit 104.

One thing I just can’t figure out, though… why do people feel the need to take the push pins? They’re about a dollar for a pack of 30 at the dollar store! Please help us keep this fun little tradition going for everyone who visits after you. It’s such a simple thing, but it means a lot to see our map fill up with memories from all over.

I woke up Tuesday morning, stepped out onto the porch, and was greeted by this breathtaking sight. Some moments are so beautiful that words or even a video can hardly do them justice.

Every morning, nature puts on a spectacular show,, a little reminder of the beauty that surrounds us and the simple blessings we sometimes take for granted. All we have to do is pause, look up, and appreciate the gift of another day.

My wish for you today is simple:

May you have peace.
May you have good health.
May you be surrounded by love.
May good fortune find its way to you.

And may you find your own little piece of paradise, where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and enjoy the beauty of the world around you.

If you haven't experienced a sunrise at the beach, I hope you'll come see one for yourself at Water's Edge Resort (make sure to request u n it 104- best view of the building). Some things are even more beautiful in person.

🌴 End-of-Season Updates & a Little Condo TLC!

We’re here at our beautiful beachfront condo taking care of end-of-season replacements, repairs, and some exciting modernizations! We can’t wait to share the updates with you.

First, a big THANK YOU to everyone who treated our little slice of paradise with care this season. ❤️ Other than a few missing items and quite a bit of stain removal, the condo was in pretty good shape, and we truly appreciate that!

We’d also like to share a little perspective. We open our condo to guests because we want others to enjoy the beauty of beachfront living, while helping us offset the many expenses that come with owning and maintaining a vacation property. The reality is that, year after year, the rental income never quite covers all the costs. We certainly don’t do this to make a profit!

That’s why it’s especially disheartening when things go missing or get broken. Something as simple as a ceiling fan remote may seem insignificant, but replacing missing items and repairing damaged ones adds up. We kindly ask that you leave everything where you found it and let us know if something gets damaged. Accidents happen, and we understand that — we just appreciate honesty and consideration. ❤️

A quick note about the locked cabinets: These are reserved for our personal belongings, including clothing and other items we keep at the condo so we don’t have to pack and pay for extra luggage every time we travel here. 😊 There’s nothing inside that you need for your stay, so please, please, PLEASE don’t try to force them open. We want to keep them and everything inside intact!

We love sharing our beachfront getaway with you, and we put a lot of time, care, and love into keeping it a place you’ll want to return to year after year. ☀️
