We are Murrells Inlet 2020 and we are honored to be the Inlet's nonprofit community revitalization organization 🩵

In 1996, Murrells Inlet was struggling. A group of Murrells Inlet business owners & residents joined together to help turn things around. They had a vision to make Murrells Inlet great and formed an organization that would give the community a voice. The voice would become known as Murrells Inlet 2020..."a clear vision for the future". The organization is still going strong.

We continuously strive to make Murrells Inlet a great place to live, work, and visit in a number of ways. We focus on programs to ensure clean water & clean land. We provide opportunities for environmental education, promote infrastructure improvements, lead beautification efforts, promote local commerce, spearhead safety projects, host community events, and so much more!
