From start to finish, he made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth, straightforward, and surprisingly enjoyable.
What really stood out was his incredible speed—he moved lightning-fast on every step, from pre-approval to final underwriting. Paperwork that I expected to drag on for days was handled quickly and efficiently, with clear instructions every time. His communication was outstanding: he always responded promptly (often within minutes), explained everything in plain English, and kept me updated even when there was nothing new to report. I never felt in the dark.
On the Friday before a holiday weekend, a couple of last-minute documents popped up that needed to be finalized. While most people would have let it slide until after the holiday, he stayed late—well into the evening—to personally make sure everything was completed and properly submitted. Thanks to his dedication and quick work, we were able to close a week early. That kind of commitment made all the difference!
