Posted the closing of this house yesterday but wanted to share the story today.

This family had been searching for a home and they needed 5 bedrooms.

The problem was they had been looking since April! The agent they were using from Orange County/LA and just wasn’t available or willing to drive to come show them houses.

A family member recommended my real estate experience to them and we quickly grabbed a coffee and began to hear the story of what they needed.

The house the other agent didn’t want to show them, I quickly scheduled and saw it that day! They were shocked at how things suddenly moved and they had hope again!

3-4 weeks later after viewing 10-15 homes, they decided on this home as it fit the need for the family. We closed in 21 days and they are now home owners for the first time!
