Street corn… but make it Thai! 🌽🔥

Today, I’m sharing my Thai Esquite recipe which is a delicious twist on traditional Mexican street corn made off the cob. The secret ingredient? Thai crushed chili peppers for an extra kick of heat and flavor! 🌶️✨

Creamy, savory, tangy, spicy, and absolutely addictive. One bite and you’ll be reaching for seconds (and maybe thirds 😋)…

If you love street corn and enjoy bold flavors, give this recipe a try and let me know what you think!

Happy belly, all is welly. 💛

Taco ‘bout a good time 🌮✨ Had the chance to attend a Yelp experience at Puesto Taco Bar in Mira Mesa and everything from the atmosphere to the food impressed me! The architectural design was stunning. Modern, vibrant, open-air, and full of energy…

The filet mignon tacos were delicious, but the grilled shrimp tacos completely stole the show 🤤 Worth every bit of the $18 for 2 tacos! Don’t skip the chips & salsa or the esquite either 🌽🔥

One thing I always notice? Cleanliness and even the restrooms were spotless 👏 Overall, such a fun dining experience with flavorful food and beautiful ambiance. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in the Mira Mesa / San Diego area! 🌴☀️

Thank you Yelp San Diego and Puesto Taco Bar for the Yelp experience🙏

Took my mom to Temecula’s very first revolving sushi bar and it was such a fun experience 🍣✨

At Kura Revolving Sushi Bar, you can grab plates right off the conveyor belt or order directly through the tablet for fresh dishes delivered straight to your table. They even have adorable robot cat servers carrying trays around the restaurant 🤖🐱

It’s such a cute and high-tech dining experience for both kids and adults! Plus, if you eat enough plates, you can win fun prizes from their game system 🎁

They offer more than just sushi too. For example, ramen, udon, takoyaki, edamame, desserts, and so much more. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in Temecula! 🍜🍣✨

Another great reason to move to Temecula: great food!😉

🍣☀️ Sunny California Roll ☀️🍣

One of my favorite fun & easy sushi recipes for spring and summer!
This inside-out California roll is filled with imitation crab, cucumber, and avocado, then topped with bright orange masago for that sunny glow ✨

Perfect for potlucks, parties, or a cozy homemade sushi night.

Fun fact: I used to work part-time as a sushi chef while studying in college. It helped me pay for tuition and bills, and I’ll always be grateful for the skills I learned along the way. Sharing a little piece of that journey with you through this recipe 💛

Hope this inspires you to try making sushi at home! 🍙🌞

Yelp in Bloom 2026 🌸✨

An unforgettable day surrounded by endless flower fields in San Diego, amazing bites, and even better company. From pizza, shawarma, BBQ, and tacos to African cuisine, gelato, cake, and so much more. I truly got to taste it all 🤤

Huge thank you to the sponsors, and our incredible Community Managers Hannah, Audrey and the Yelp Team for bringing this beautiful event to life. Events like these don’t just celebrate food they help build real connections. As Yelp Elite, we get to support and uplift local businesses while growing alongside our community, and I’m so grateful to be part of it 💛

🔥 Spicy Baked Salmon with a Korean twist 🇰🇷

Fun fact: I used to be a part-time sushi chef back in college 🍣 and that’s where my love for quality fish and bold flavors began.

Today, I’m sharing one of my favorite easy recipes! This baked salmon has a subtle kick (not too spicy to handle 😉) and I added my own twist using gochujang for that rich, savory depth 🌶️✨

It’s simple, flavorful, and perfect for an easy at-home meal.

Hope you give it a try and enjoy every bite! Let me know if you make it 💛

FLAVOR FEST 🌍✨

Murrieta really showed up for this one! This first-ever global festival brought together incredible flavors from around the world with a $5 tasting menu that made it easy to try everything 😍

From the vibrant Thai dance to Polynesian, Native American, and Lion dance performances plus a live rock band, there was so much culture, energy, and entertainment all in one place 🎶💃

What impressed me most? How clean and organized everything was 🙌 Plenty of seating, shaded vendor areas, and such a smooth flow throughout the event 👏

I loved every bite and every moment & already counting down to the next one! 🌟

Feeling so grateful to have been invited to a Yelp Elite event at Zen Curry & Grill ✨

The evening started with a warm welcome from the owner, whose passion and pride truly shine, especially being recognized among Yelp’s Top 100 places to eat. You can feel the care he puts into every detail, from the food to his team.

We enjoyed a delicious buffet-style spread out on their beautiful, spacious outdoor patio, perfect for group gatherings and such a great vibe all around. Everything was incredibly flavorful and satisfying!

My personal favorites: the grilled chicken, vegetable coconut curry, and that refreshing mango lassi 🥭

We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for having us! 💛

Thai Guacamole in under 10 minutes 🥑✨

My little twist on guac with bold Thai flavors! I grab fresh avocados from Costco and choose the firmer ones, then let them ripen on the counter for about 3–4 days until perfectly creamy.

All you need:🥑 Ripe avocados🍋 Lemon or lime🧂 Salt🐟 A splash of fish sauce🌶 Thai chili peppers for that kick

Mash everything together and you’ve got a bright, savory guacamole with a Thai twist. Ready in less than 10 minutes!

Perfect timing because tomorrow is Happy St. Patty’s + Taco Tuesday 🍀🌮Grab your favorite chips, scoop, and enjoy!

Just tried the newest spot in Temecula “SOPO K-Grill” and it’s such a great find! 🇰🇷✨

This isn’t your typical KBBQ where you grill at the table. They prepare everything for you and package it up perfectly whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout. Super convenient!

Their daily lunch special is only $12.99 (and it changes daily), which is an amazing deal. We also tried some appetizers like the fried dumplings so yummy! For mains, they serve comforting Korean favorites like bulgogi, and soon tofu soup…

The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. If you’re in Temecula and craving Korean comfort food, definitely give them a try!
