Thinking of New Home Construction as an option??
There are a lot of great homes and communities out there!
Did you know the sales person at the model home sales centers work for the builder? The sales agent there has one job: to sell the homes for the absolute highest price with terms that suit the builder. But what they don't tell you is that you can bring in your own agent to negotiate price, interest rate, terms and additional incentives from the builders and they'll pay your agents fee so you don't have to.
Make sure you have your agent (me) come with you to your first visit to the sales center to make sure you are registered with an agent so if you decide to buy, you have representation on your side! I've saved thousands of dollars for my clients on new construction.
Ask me about what communities are out there and what homes are available before you drive around in circles looking for them! I have resources where I can provide you the details of each community so you know exactly where to look for your next home.
