25 years later, I still remember how united we became after September 11th. We were grieving, but we stood together as Americans, supported our first responders, prayed for one another and remembered what it meant to be one nation under God.

I miss that unity.

Tonight, Murrieta will hold its 25th Anniversary September 11 Tribute from 5:30–6:00 PM at Town Square Park & Amphitheater.

Canyon Lake had WHAT kind of July?! 👀🏡

Home sales jumped 115% compared to July 2025, average price was up 27%, AND homes sold faster. Temecula had a strong month too, with nearly 29% more homes sold.

But that wasn’t the story everywhere.

Murrieta, Menifee, Wi******er, Hemet and Menifee’s senior market all moved differently — another reminder that there really is no single “real estate market.”

Murrieta is growing! 🏗️ We recently heard directly from the City of Murrieta’s Economic Development team about some of the biggest projects coming to the area — including The Triangle and Murrieta Marketplace near Clinton Keith & Wi******er. These developments are expected to bring new retail, dining options, and mixed-use spaces to the city.

We asked a lot of questions about the topic every local seems to have an opinion on: more housing, more apartments… and more traffic. 😅

The conversation also covered planned housing growth, infrastructure improvements, and how Murrieta is working to balance expansion while addressing traffic concerns and maintaining quality of life for residents.
