When one door closes, the right one opens... 🚪✨

We experienced some major real estate heartbreak 💔 on this one when our first buyer canceled just 2 business days before closing (and long after all contingencies were removed!). But contracts exist for a reason, and my sellers retained the majority of the deposit. Instead of panicking, they stayed incredibly positive, trusting the process and their faith.

The silver lining? Going back on the market led us straight to the perfect match.

The new buyers—also a military family like my sellers—stepped up immediately. Guided by a fantastic buyer’s agent, they agreed to purchase the home as-is using the existing inspection reports and closed in an incredible 15 days! ⚡️

So thrilled for my clients as they close this chapter, skip the crazy commute, and finally settle into San Diego life! 🌊
