With every market the industry has to adapt to the needs of its consumers.
In this case, buying/selling real estate and dealing with increased interest rates. As a result we are seeing the market level out, which in return account for longer days on market for new listings, and still not enough buyers, due to higher interest rates.

I love seeing all of the back to school photos, their smiling faces say it all! I’m so thankful that schools are open for in-person learning! Yesterday, was the 1st day back to school for TVUSD! Wishing all of our children a successful and fun filled year back in the classroom.
Thank you to whoever created the back to school signs, I love watching how the responses change from year to year. Of course my favorite part, “what do you what to be when you grow up” Baylee’s response, “A Realtor like you mom, so I can work with you everyday” 😭❤️
