I am so excited for my buyer clients! When we first met they had just begun looking, and weren’t sure if now was the right time to buy. We looked at a few homes, found one that would be perfect and they were set to make an offer. After communicating with the listing agent before their offer was made, I found out the home had some issues my clients weren’t willing to take on. They kind of decided to hold off buying at this point. Then low and behold! A home with the same floor plan comes on the market a few days later! You better believe, we were the first ones at that open house! Fast forward to today, a short 24 days later and we are JUST CLOSED!!! Cheers to my clients and to many happy memories in their new home! 🎉🏡❤️

What a great way to start the week! Just closed on a home where I was blessed to represent both parties. A unique situation I knew was meant to be when the universe first presented me with this opportunity. I was able to make the connection and help both parties begin the next part of their journeys. What a wonderful feeling it is! I love what I do!

We closed on the first of last month but the sellers were in possession for a few weeks after close (which was one of our winning points, as we were up against multiple other offers) so the deal didn’t feel complete until my clients were actually “in” their new home. Having been a part of finding the house that checked all the boxes on their list, I feel so grateful to see it all come together. Now comes the really fun part of delivering my gift to my clients, in their new home, at last. 🏠❤️
