🏡 FROM DEMO TO DREAM | The Details Are Coming Together! ✨

It’s definitely still a construction zone around here 😂…but we’re getting to that exciting stage where you can really start to see the vision coming together! 🙌

Here’s what’s happening at our Corte Emerado project:

✨ New flooring is partially in
⚡ Electrical has been changed out
🚪 New door hardware is installed
🎨 Paint swatches are being considered for the cabinets and patio cover
🔨 Patio cover repairs have been made
🤍 And a brand-new vinyl gate is in!

There’s still plenty of work ahead, but every update gets us one step closer to seeing this transformation complete. And I have a feeling the finished product is going to be worth the wait! 👀

We’ve officially moved beyond the “what have we gotten ourselves into?” stage 😂 and you can really start to see the vision coming together!

🔨 Plus lots of those behind-the-scenes details that bring a remodel one step closer to the finish line!

I love this part of a renovation—the bones are in place, the spaces are taking shape, and you can finally begin imagining what the finished home is going to look like. 😍

I’m so grateful to share that I’ve been named a Top Producer for July—making this my third month in a row! 🏡❤️

While I’m certainly grateful for the recognition, what means the most to me is what’s behind it: people who trust me. Clients who invite me into some of the biggest decisions of their lives, friends and past clients who continue to refer the people they care about, and an amazing team of professionals who help me take great care of each and every client.

I never take that trust for granted. 💕

It was time for a little pampering… a mani and pedi! 💖

At 93 years young, my sweet mom deserves to feel beautiful, cared for, and cherished. A heartfelt thank you to Holly Goncena for treating her with such gentleness, patience, and kindness. You gave her a wonderful experience that made her feel loved and special, and that means more than words can express.

Since my mom’s stroke, we’ve learned to celebrate the little victories and treasure these precious moments together. Seeing her smile, relax, and enjoy being pampered filled my heart. 💕

To everyone who cares for our seniors with compassion and dignity… thank you. Your kindness leaves a lasting impact. ❤️

🎣 35 pounds of Alaska… coming home! 🐟🇺🇸

Allen just got back from an unforgettable fishing trip to Sitka, Alaska, and what an adventure it was! Between the incredible scenery, great friends, and the thrill of reeling in beautiful fish, it was a trip he’ll be talking about for years.

The best souvenir? Thirty-five pounds of fresh, wild-caught fish that made it safely back home! 🧡

Tonight’s dinner was the first taste of the trip—fresh Alaskan salmon with garlic, herbs, butter, and a whole lot of gratitude. It truly doesn’t get much better than that.

I’m so thankful he had this opportunity to make memories, enjoy God’s incredible creation, and bring home food that we’ll enjoy for months to come.

🏚️➡️🏡 From Demo to Dream | Episode 3: Progress You Can Feel

Things are moving right along!

Since our last update, we’ve made some exciting progress:
✨ The old flooring has been completely removed.
🔥 The fireplace is getting a fresh new look.
🏡 The oversized kitchen peninsula has been lowered to counter height, opening up the space and creating a much more inviting flow.
💡 Can lighting is going in, bringing more light and a modern feel to the home.
🛠️ Drywall is going up, and for the first time, you can really start to see the vision taking shape.

One of the things I love most about a remodel is watching a home evolve step by step. Every decision has a purpose, and every improvement brings us one step closer to creating a beautiful, functional space that someone will soon call home.

The best part? We’re just getting started!

This is where the transformation really begins.

The carpet is gone.
The tile is coming out.
Part of the fireplace has been demoed.
Dust is everywhere… and to most people, it probably looks like a mess.

But here’s the thing…

Every beautiful remodel starts with a little chaos.

Before the gorgeous kitchen, beautiful flooring, and designer finishes come to life, you have to strip away what no longer serves the home. That’s where the vision begins.

One of my favorite parts of real estate is seeing the potential that others might overlook. I can’t wait to take you behind the scenes as this investment property is transformed—one step at a time.
