When we speak for the first time, I will take the time to assess the borrower’s information carefully so that I can find the right product for their needs. I work closely with my client's to answer all of their questions so that they completely understand the loan process and what to expect as we proceed. Once we meet for the first time, I can work with my clients to overcome any credit challenges so that they are able to get a home loan. We take the time together to go over the details of the process so that they are educated about what to expect as we proceed. The communication I have with my clients continues as they find a home and we begin the loan process. We work very close together throughout the loan process to make sure all details are well explained and all questions are answered. And finally, when we get to the close of the loan, I prepare my borrowers for their loan signing so that they know what to expect at the final signing.
