I have been doing home loans now for over 17 years and have helped hundreds of people achieve the dream of home ownership. Through the market difficulties over the last few years it has become increasingly important to work with a lender who can help their clients navigate through the difficult and challenging guidelines that they will face to get a loan closed. On a daily basis I keep track of th

e mortgage market through various resources so that I have the most up to date information about changes in the market, rates, and guideline changes so that I can overcome challenges before they become problems. More importantly, when choosing a lender, working with someone who will communicate to you is VERY important! I make it a point to return emails and phone calls to my clients as quickly as possible, usually within an hour. When we speak for the first time, I will take the time to assess the borrower’s information carefully so that I can find the right product for their needs. I work closely with my client's to answer all of their questions so that they completely understand the loan process and what to expect as we proceed. Once we meet for the first time, I can work with my clients to overcome any credit challenges so that they are able to get a home loan. We take the time together to go over the details of the process so that they are educated about what to expect as we proceed. The communication I have with my clients continues as they find a home and we begin the loan process. We work very close together throughout the loan process to make sure all details are well explained and all questions are answered. And finally, when we get to the close of the loan, I prepare my borrowers for their loan signing so that they know what to expect at the final signing.
