Congratulations to my sellers and the new owners!
Originally listed with another agent for two months with zero showings, zero offers, and zero movement.
Once we stepped in, we completely repositioned the listing: new staging, new photography, video, and a full marketing refresh. Within days, showings picked up, we had multiple offers, and the accepted offer came in $20K over asking.
That buyer couldn’t move forward, and while it was disappointing, we didn’t miss a beat. A second buyer stepped in but quickly started asking for unreasonable credits. It became clear they weren’t serious, so we moved forward without hesitation.
When the third buyer came along, they were contingent on their own sale again, but instead of shying away, we strategized. With careful timing, communication, and proactive coordination, we guided both escrows smoothly to the finish line, and closed exactly at the seller’s desired price.
Each time we went into escrow, the offer was higher than the last. Every step was a reminder that the right strategies bring the right results.
Through it all, I stayed closely connected with my seller, making sure she felt informed and confident with every decision.
