DO NOT 🚫✋go to the model homes without me by your side. You need your OWN representation when purchasing your brand new home because those nice sales agents in the model home offices represent the SELLER! Most of our local home builders (KB homes, Richmond American, DR Horton etc will allow you to have your own representation and they will even pay my commission on your behalf! It's a NO BRAINER... why wouldn't you want your own representation?

🛑The ONLY rule is............ I MUST BE PRESENT WITH YOU ON YOUR VERY FIRST VISIT TO THE MODEL HOMES! If you visit the models and then call me afterwards to negotiate on your behalf, the builder will no longer allow it.

I was referred to Mr and Mrs C by a long time friend/client of mine. They clients wanted to chat with me to understand the process and wondered how they could sell their current home and buy their forever home at the same time and only move once.... We met on a Saturday am and I went over the process and answered all of their questions and they felt confident with me and my strategy so we hit the ground running. They prepped the home over the weekend and we had my AMAZING photographer Winnie Huynh over to do her magic. We produced a stunning video of the home and got the marketing in place to begin showing the home the following Saturday and Sunday. We had an excellent amount of activity and were able to secure multiple offers come Monday. We went out home shopping Monday afternoon and found the perfect forever home for my clients to buy. Offer written Monday night and we opened escrows on both their current home and the new home. Fast forward to today and we are coming up to the finish line with both home inspections done and repairs negotiated✔️ appraisal in at sales price ✔️loan is with the underwriter ✔️ and just counting down the days until we close on both homes.

LOVE this story! After spending 20+ years in this home it was time to downsize. The client had interviewed multiple agents and when she asked me why I was different from the other 4000 Realtors in the Valley, I shared with her my marketing proposal and explained to her ALL I do to set myself apart!
