I am so fortunate that I get to meet some amazing people with my job.
These last 2 closings of 2024 meant so much to me.

Nicole and Justin were referred to me by a good friend, who trusted me enough to pass my name along to her good friend 💜

Nate is the nicest guy you will ever meet. I worked with his parents when I first got my real estate license a looong time ago, and when he was ready to buy his first home, his parents had him call me and he closed today. 💜

There is no better feeling than handing someone keys to their new home and their excitement on starting their new chapters.

If you haven't heard, there have been some changes in the real estate industry recently 🏡....

You may be asking what are these changes, and how do they effect me if I want to buy a house soon? 🤔

I put together this little sheet to help my buyers, or friends on here thinking about buying soon, to help answer some of these questions, and hopefully provide a little clarity on these changes, and a little reassurance it will be ok! 💜
