SOLD! First time conducting an entire transaction with a Seller who was vacationing in the Costa Rica jungle.

This was one of the most challenging transactions I’ve ever handled!

My buyer chose to work with an out-of-state lender that he found through a Google search.🙄 Just three days before closing, the loan fell apart and the lender ghosted us for 3 solid days. No communication whatsoever and I did not know all the details of why his loan was denied.😡😡😡

My Buyer was renting and we were under a deadline to find him a house before his Lease expired.

He found a new LOCAL lender and between me, the listing agent and the new lender, we all worked tirelessly to pull everything back together and get this deal across the finish line.

Moral of the story: When your agent recommends that you use a LOCAL lender, there’s a reason!!

My buyer is super happy in his new home!🏡🏠🏘

We had a bit of a delay in game getting this one signed since my Seller is in the Costa Rican jungle. It just goes to show that with modern technology, you can successfully transact real estate from just about anywhere in the world.🏘📝

Double Closing day! Closed on both my farmland properties today. The farmlands were bought by a Mom and her two kids who plan to use it the way it was meant to be used – AS A FARM!

Best part of all…none of this land is going to a housing development which is exactly what me and my Seller had hoped for.🐎🐄🐖🫶🚜
