LONG POST:
These clients were an Estate referral from a friend who stated “I need to make sure that they are in good hands. I know that I can trust you.”

One day, I had to go and shovel snow and put salt in the driveway. Another day, I had to sweep the garage, pick up trash around the house, vacuum the dining room and take the trash out. Another day, I had to meet the contractor and supervise a major plumbing repair. Many don’t see the “inside” job of a real estate agent, they only see the “glam” after its closes. This is not an easy task but I wouldn’t trade it for the world.

The relationships that I make, the friends that I make and the lives that I’ve changed is what keeps me going.

My clients gave me the most thoughtful gift at closing that it brought me to tears.

Congrats to my sellers—although it was emotional to see their parents home of almost 30 years go—they have solitude knowing that it’s now in the hands of a couple who is beginning to start their family❤️❤️
