Two listings officially in the hands of their new owners this week. 🌟

One was smooth sailing from start to finish. We received multiple offers, landed over asking, worked through a reasonable inspection request, and made it to a very happy closing day.

The other had a few more twists and turns along the way. We received multiple offers, but the inspection brought a more complicated issue to the table. There were some things to work through, some conversations to have, and ultimately, a solution we could all move forward with.

Not every real estate transaction looks the same.

Sometimes everything falls into place exactly as planned. Sometimes you have to pause, problem-solve, and figure out the best path forward.

Either way, my job is to help you understand your options, make informed decisions, and navigate the hurdles that inevitably come with buying or selling a home.

Same day closings are no walk in the park. It takes the right buy side scenario, along with a great sale side strategy to make it work.

And even then, the day of closing…. It’s not easy. You’re making sure everything is packed and on a truck so you can go sign paperwork just to be homeless for a few hours. 😅

But guess what, it’s do-able! And I’ve helped coach so many people through it. I’ve got allll the tricks to make it as easy as possible.

When my client said, “I would highly recommend you to anyone. Thank you. Again.” with such a look of relief on his face. I smiled and remembered exactly why I love this job. Helping people get to where they love where they live.

There is just something special about a client seeing the potential in a home and being able to overlook the small stuff. 🫶

My buyers are going under contract on a wonderful, charming home from the early 1900s. I would bet most buyers passed on this one because of the little bit of TLC it needs, but no complaints. Now my clients are able to purchase their first home that checks every box they have: school district, budget, size, and a yard. Not to mention, a couple of bonus boxes!
