My lovely friend Hilary is currently vacationing in Okinawa, Japan and sent me this awesome picture. I never imagined one of my EXIT Realty Group koozies would make it halfway around the world... but here we are! 😄

I’ll be out of the office Wednesday, July 29 through Friday, July 31 with limited access to my phone as I help prepare for the 2nd Annual Muscatine Triathlon and 1st Annual Splash & Dash at Deep Lakes!

Today is a day we've been working toward for a long time... and I'm so excited to finally share it!

Jesse White and I officially purchased our FIRST rental property! 🎉

Even more exciting... HW Investment Properties, LLC is officially established! This has been a dream we've talked about for years. While our original plan was to wait another year or two before taking the leap, the right opportunity came along—and we knew we couldn't let it pass by.

This is just the beginning of what we hope will be a long journey of investing in our community and providing safe, well-maintained, quality housing for local residents.
