❄️ SNOW REMOVAL BIDS WANTED ❄️

Cedar Park & Cedar Hills Apartments are currently accepting bids for snow removal services for the upcoming winter season.

We are looking for a reliable contractor/company to provide:

• ❄️ Snow plowing of parking lots
• 🛷 Snow shoveling of sidewalks and other pedestrian areas
• 🧂 Salting/de-icing of parking lots and sidewalks
• 🚛 Removal/hauling of snow from the property when necessary

Bids must include pricing for all snow removal and salting services.

Contractors must also:
✅ Have the ability/equipment to remove snow from the property
✅ Carry snow removal/general liability insurance and provide proof of insurance
✅ Be reliable and available throughout the winter season

📍 Location: Muscatine, Iowa
