🐜🕷️ KEEP THE PESTS OUT OF YOUR RENTAL! 🏡

Nobody wants unwanted roommates, especially the creepy-crawly kind! 🐜 Keeping your rental clean and maintained is one of the best ways to prevent pest problems before they start.

Here are a few simple tips for tenants:

🧹 Vacuum Regularly: Crumbs, dust, and pet hair can attract unwanted pests. Keep floors and carpets clean!

🪟 Wash Curtains: Dust and mites can build up on window treatments. Wash curtains periodically and vacuum blinds regularly.

🕸️ Remove Cobwebs: Don't let spiders settle in! Regularly dust corners, ceilings, and windows.

🛏️ Wash Bedding: Clean your sheets regularly to reduce dust mites and allergens.

📦 Cut the Clutter: Piles of clothes, boxes, and other clutter create perfect hiding spots for pests.

🍽️ Keep Food Sealed: Store food in airtight containers, wipe down counters, and take out the trash regularly.

🚨 Report Problems Early: If you notice signs of pests, notify your property manager right away. Small problems can quickly turn into expensive infestations!

🐾🎀 When it comes to making baskets, Zoie is a certified in-the-way-aholic! 😂

These baskets may not be for her, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t helping! She’s providing moral support, keeping everyone on their toes (literally, so we don’t step on her! 😅), and making sure no one gets too comfortable while working. She takes her office duties VERY seriously… especially the part where she’s directly in everyone’s way! 🐶💗
